Each order is prepared and dispatched with care from The Gifted. The details below outline how shipping is handled, standard and express delivery windows, and the way tracking is communicated once your parcel has left our hands.

Overview of shipping

Shipments are entrusted to selected carriers once your order has been carefully prepared. Estimated delivery windows begin after dispatch, not at the time of purchase.

The Gifted ships orders internationally. Available destinations, delivery options, and any applicable duties or taxes are displayed at checkout once your shipping address has been entered.

All delivery services are calculated and confirmed during checkout, where you will see the available options for your destination.

Preparation

Dispatch from the atelier

For pieces that are in stock at the time of purchase, preparation and dispatch typically occur within one to three business days, subject to order volume and verification.

For pieces identified as pre-order, the estimated dispatch window is indicated on the product page and again at checkout. These timeframes may be longer, as they reflect production schedules in addition to carrier transit times.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your parcel has been handed to the carrier, together with tracking details when available.

Standard & express delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, the indicative carrier timeframes are as follows for domestic deliveries:

  • Standard shipping: approximately one to five business days, depending on the destination within the United States.
  • Express delivery (overnight on business days) may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

Where offered, standard shipping may be complimentary. Any applicable express surcharge or complimentary thresholds are displayed clearly at the moment of checkout.

Questions on shipping

When will my order ship? +

For pieces that are available at the time of purchase, preparation and dispatch usually occur within one to three business days after your order is confirmed. Pre-order pieces follow the dispatch window indicated on their product page.

How long does delivery take once shipped? +

For shipments within the United States, standard carrier services typically require one to five business days from dispatch, depending on your location. If an express option is available at checkout, it is generally delivered on the next business day after dispatch.

Do you offer express shipping? +

When possible, an express service is displayed during checkout as a separate option. Pricing and eligibility are determined by the destination and carrier network. If no express service appears, it is not currently available for that order.

Do you ship internationally? +

Yes. The Gifted ships internationally to a selection of countries and regions. Once you enter your shipping address at checkout, the available services, currencies, and any estimated duties or taxes will be displayed before payment.

If your destination does not appear, you may contact Client Services to enquire about a bespoke shipping solution.

How can I track my parcel? +

As soon as your order leaves our hands, a shipping confirmation email is sent to the address used at checkout. This message includes tracking details when provided by the carrier, allowing you to follow the progress of your parcel in real time.

Can you deliver to P.O. boxes or lockers? +

Certain carriers are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, lockers, or forwarding services. If such restrictions apply to your order, you may be asked to provide a residential or commercial address to ensure safe delivery.

Important notice

Delivery windows are indicative and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, peak periods, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond the control of The Gifted. Once a parcel has been accepted by the carrier, transit updates are managed directly through their tracking platform.

If your parcel appears delayed or marked as delivered but not located, we recommend first contacting the carrier with your tracking reference, then reaching out to Client Services if further assistance is needed.
