This Site is owned and operated by THE GIFTED LLC, a registered business entity in the United States. The Gifted operates as a digital-first fashion house and may not maintain a public physical office, showroom, or boutique at this time.

All content, design elements, and materials published on the Site are the property of The Gifted or are used with appropriate authorization from third parties. Any unauthorized use of such content is strictly prohibited.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site in a respectful, lawful manner and in accordance with these Terms. In particular, you agree that you will not:

Client Accounts

Certain features of the Site may require you to create a client account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to update such information as needed to maintain its accuracy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately at contact@thegiftedla.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or close any account at our discretion, including where we suspect misuse, fraudulent activity, or a violation of these Terms.

Orders & Payment

Products offered on the Site are intended for personal use only and are subject to availability. The display of products on the Site does not constitute a binding offer by The Gifted; an order placed by you is an offer to purchase.

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. A binding agreement is formed only when we dispatch your order and send a shipment confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, product unavailability, or errors in pricing or product information. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, we will refund the full amount using the original method of payment.

All prices are listed in the currency indicated at checkout and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees, which will be calculated and displayed prior to finalizing your order.

Product Information

The Gifted seeks to present its pieces with care, including accurate descriptions, photographic representations, and technical details. However, variations may occur due to the nature of materials, individual display settings, or handcrafted finishing details.

We do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are entirely error-free, complete, or current. In the event of a material error, we reserve the right to correct the information and, if necessary, cancel or adjust an order in accordance with applicable law.

Availability of products on the Site is not guaranteed. Certain pieces may be produced in limited editions or may sell out without prior notice.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping options, delivery times, and associated fees are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your delivery address, selected service, and product availability. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Where permitted by local regulations, items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and documentation.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy or that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage not attributable to The Gifted.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, designs, photographs, text, graphics, videos, and other materials appearing on the Site (collectively, the “The Gifted Content”) are protected by intellectual property laws and are owned by The Gifted or used under license.

By submitting User Content, you grant The Gifted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content, in whole or in part, in any media now known or hereafter developed, for promotional or informational purposes connected with The Gifted.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove any User Content at our discretion.
