The Gifted accepts returns and exchanges within a considered window after delivery, provided each piece is handled with the same care with which it was sent. The guidelines below outline timing, eligibility, and the registration process.

Complimentary returns within 30 days

The Gifted accepts returns and exchanges within thirty (30) days of delivery. Pieces must be returned in pristine condition, unworn and unaltered, with all labels, cards, and components attached.

Personalized creations and pieces marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Returns that do not meet the conditions described on this page may be refused and returned to the original shipping address.

Once a return is received and inspected, an email confirmation will be sent detailing the outcome and, where applicable, the timing of a refund or the preparation of an exchange.

To begin a request, please register your return or exchange through The Gifted return form. Each request is reviewed individually to ensure that the piece remains eligible under our conditions.

For a piece to be considered for return or exchange, all of the following must apply:

  • The request is made within thirty (30) days of confirmed delivery.
  • The piece is in pristine, unworn and unaltered condition.
  • All labels, branded cards, and components remain attached.
  • The piece is returned in its original packaging wherever possible.
  • The parcel is shipped using the instructions provided by The Gifted.

Pieces that show signs of wear, tailoring, damage, or handling inconsistent with the above standards may not be accepted.

Once submitted, our team will review your request and confirm whether it has been approved, along with next steps for shipping your piece back to us.

After your piece is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary according to your financial institution, but are typically reflected within several business days.

Can I exchange for a different size or style? +

Exchanges are offered subject to availability. When registering your request, you may indicate the desired size or alternative style. If the requested piece is unavailable, our team will guide you toward a refund or alternative option.

Are personalized pieces or final sale items returnable? +

Personalized creations and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. This information is indicated on the relevant product page and at checkout.

How will I know if my return has been accepted? +

Once your parcel reaches us, it is inspected by our team. You will then receive an email confirming whether the return has been accepted and summarizing the next steps for a refund or exchange.

Complimentary standard delivery

Once your order has been prepared and entrusted to our carrier, delivery time is estimated according to your destination. The Gifted offers:

  • Standard shipping (approximately one to five business days, depending on location): complimentary for all orders.
  • Express delivery (overnight on business days): a flat fee is applied at checkout, and may be complimentary above a defined order value when indicated on the Site.

Services apply to pieces that are not offered as pre-orders or created with extended lead times. For items with a specific delivery window longer than six weeks, this information is displayed on the product page and again at checkout.

Estimated delivery date

The estimated delivery date, including preparation and shipping, is confirmed during checkout. While every effort is made to respect these timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to carrier constraints or circumstances outside The Gifted’s control.
