This form allows you to submit a request for a return review. Each request is evaluated individually to preserve the integrity and condition of pieces leaving The Gifted wardrobe.

Returns are not automatic. Submitting this form does not guarantee approval. Our team carefully reviews each case with attention to condition, time frame, and prior wear.

Requests are typically considered when

  • The piece is unworn, in original condition, with all packaging and documentation.
  • The request is submitted within the return window outlined at checkout.
  • There is no visible damage, fragrance, or alteration not attributable to The Gifted.

How the review works

Once this form is submitted, The Gifted Client Services will review the details and contact you by e-mail with next steps. If your request is accepted, you will receive instructions for preparing and sending your piece back to us.
